The creator program, in plain terms

By joining you agree to these terms. They sit alongside the Reserve Lab privacy notice.

What you earn

30% of every Reserve Lab payment made by a member you bring: a founding seat, lifetime, the monthly membership and every renewal of it.
The first 50 creators are Founding Creators and earn 30% for life on Reserve Lab. Creators after them earn 30% for each member's first 12 months, then 15%, for as long as the member pays.
Founding Creator status goes to the first 50 creator accounts opened, in order, and is shown on your dashboard. It stays with your account.
For a creator who is not a Founding Creator, a member's 12 months start on the date of their first payment credited to you; payments made from that date 12 months later earn 15%.
20% of every ReserveCor coaching payment made by a member you bring: the first payment and every month after it, for every creator.
For life means for as long as that member keeps paying and the program runs. The rate on each commission is fixed when the payment is made.
Commissions are worked out on what the member actually paid, before Stripe's fees and without tax, and rounded down to the cent.

Your link credits you for 30 days after someone opens it on that device. If they open another creator's link later, the later link counts.
Your code, typed at checkout, credits you and takes priority over any link.
A member is credited at their first purchase and stays credited to you for later payments on that purchase.
Your code credits you only. It never discounts the price, and you may not present it as a discount.

Each commission is held for 30 days, the refund window, and becomes payable after that.
Payable commissions are paid out monthly by Stripe to the bank account on your Stripe payout account, once your balance is at least $25. A smaller balance rolls over to the next payout.
Payouts need a Stripe Express account in your name. Stripe collects your identity, bank and tax details; Reserve stores none of them. Stripe may issue tax forms where required.
Reserve pays Stripe's Connect fees. Nothing is deducted from your commission for them.

A refund or chargeback reverses the commission it earned. If that commission was already paid, the amount comes off your next payout.
Your own purchases, on your Reserve account or your email, earn nothing.

Disclose the relationship every time you share your link or code, clearly and up front — for example “#ad” or “I earn from this link”. This is a legal requirement (US FTC Endorsement Guides) as well as ours.
No promises or guarantees of results, body changes or earnings.
No medical or health claims. Reserve Lab is a tracking and coaching product, not medical care, and you may not suggest it diagnoses, treats or prevents anything.
Nothing about compounds, hormones, medications or doses, and never link Reserve to their use.
No spam, and no posing as Reserve or as Reserve staff.

Reserve may pause or end a creator account, for example for a breach of these terms. A paused account stops crediting new members; members you already brought keep earning you commissions.
An ended account stops earning new commissions. Commissions earned before it ended are still paid, unless they were earned in breach of these terms.
You may stop sharing at any time. Contact us to close your creator account.

Reserve may change these terms or the rates for future payments with notice on this page. A change never alters a commission already earned.
